Job Description
Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator World Class Chiropractic is looking for a warm, organized, dependable professional to help run our front desk and create an exceptional experience for every patient. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work. You will be an important part of the daily operation of the practice and will work closely with our doctors and team to keep the office running smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression Answer phones, texts, and emails Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient flow throughout the office Collect payments and explain office policies Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks Help patients stay on track with their care Keep the front desk and patient areas clean, organized, and presentable Support patient follow-up, marketing, and office projects Identify problems and help improve systems Assist wherever needed to help the office operate smoothly This is not a desk-only position. You must be comfortable moving throughout the office, switching between responsibilities, cleaning and sanitizing when needed, and helping wherever needed. You May Be a Strong Fit If You Are Friendly, confident, and professional Highly organized and attentive to detail Dependable and consistent Comfortable speaking with patients in person and by phone Able to remain calm and focused when the office is busy Coachable and willing to learn Someone who follows through and takes responsibility Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, email, and text messaging Interested in personal and professional growth Experience in healthcare, hospitality, fitness, customer service, or a busy professional office is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
