Please do not contact the clinics directly. We have an immediate opportunity for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator/Physical Therapy Aide in H yattsville, MD. If you have excellent customer service and communication skills, with some Medical Front Desk/Patient Support experience, you could be a great fit for this opportunity ! The Medical Office Assistant should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. What you'll be doing; Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages Scheduling patient appointments Data entry of patient information Assisting patients with exercises and offering other support to our licensed Clinician team, as a cross trained PT Aide Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed As a Team Member
  • You'll receive; Hourly pay of $22
  • $23 per hour.   • Friday some shifts 7 AM
  • 3 PM and a couple of shifts 11 AM
  • 7 PM, each week.
Be a great multi-tasker with the ability to work well with other team members. Medical Receptionist/Front Desk experience needed, and PT Aide/Tech patient support is a plus. Be able to create a great first impression for our patients, that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits. Bilingual fluent English and Spanish is needed.
