  • 3 days a week Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) to apply. We have an immediate opening for Medical Office Staff/Medical Assistant with competitive salary and opportunity for growth. The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Transcription of paper records to Electronic Medical Records/ data entry, scanning, etc.
  • Familiarity with use of computer, ability to use Microsoft Word a must.
  • Previous EHR experience helpful.
  • Medical billing related tasks, medical insurance responses and follow up, Verify Insurance, prepare superbills.
  • Collecting payments
  • Ability to multi task
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Medical Assistant
  • Bilingual (Spanish
  • English) a Must
  • Transcribe provider documentation

Part-time Office Hours
  • Monday 1pm-7pm, Wednesday 1pm-7pm, Thursday 1pm-7pm.
(Must be available to work all 3 days for the entire shift to be considered)
