The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support while ensuring a positive patient experience. This role requires proficiency in various medical office functions, including scheduling, documentation, and patient interaction. Working hours 9AM - 3PM most days, with some later shifts on Tuesdays possible, Saturday shift possible as well. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and addressing patient inquiries. Schedule appointments efficiently using EHR system (eClinicalworks) Verify insurance information and perform insurance verification to ensure proper billing processes. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with medical billing and coding tasks Handle medical collections and follow up on outstanding accounts as needed. Provide clerical support such as filing, typing, and maintaining organized office records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks. Strong understanding of medical terminology, health information management, and insurance processes. Bilingual candidates (Spanish highly preferred) are encouraged to apply Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
