Job Description
Personal Assistant — Family Medical Office (Prince Frederick, MD) We're a husband-and-wife team of doctors running a small medical practice and a busy household with three boys — and we're looking for a reliable, organized person to help us keep both running smoothly. What you'd be doing Most weeks, this role is centered on home support and lunchtime office coverage: Working at the office to cover when the staff are out at lunch and off Weds Driving — picking up kids from sports practices, and once weekly from Annapolis House cleaning, scheduled flexibly around your availability Scattered across 5 weeks a year (when our regular office staff are out for vacation or sick leave), you'd step into the office to cover reception and back office work: Greeting patients and helping with paperwork Maintaining electronic medical records Assisting the doctors during patient visits Schedule Routine hours: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 12-1pm and Wed 9am-1pm (reception), often a weekly Annapolis pickup (4:30-6:30pm), depending on sports schedule House cleaning hours: flexible, spread across the week as you like
