Job Description

We're seeking a Patient Account Representative at Dynasplint Systems, Inc. a DME Company. For over 45 years, Dynasplint has been restoring the quality of life for patients' after injury or surgery by incorporating LLPS (low-load, prolonged-stretch) technology into rehabilitative medicine. Join our growing team as a Patient Account Representative TODAY! The Patient Account Representative is required to have knowledge and experience of billing and collections from Insurance Carriers. Pay will be based on experience $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. This is a full time, 40 hour work week with hours from 8:30-5PM. This position includes benefits and a matching 401K . This is not a REMOTE position and you will be required to work at the Dynasplint Headquarters located at 770 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146.

Job Responsibilities include:

Must have the ability to read and understand EOB (Explanation of Benefits) Requires timely appeals of all denials Review and resolve all incoming insurance correspondence Bill secondary payers Collect co-pay amounts from patients Complete all accounting functions associated with an account Detail oriented, keep job knowledge and technical skills current Interpersonal Skills, dependability and adaptability required Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
