This front office position requires your intent to match with ours, providing exceptional patient care being foremost throughout the entire patient experience at the Krupp Center. Responsibilities Greet, welcome and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to optimize daily schedule, fill in cancellations and no-shows Collect from patients at the time of treatment, post payment accurately and provide receipt. Maintain accurate Dental records and ensure compliance with health information management practices. Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures. Prepare patients' charts and daily schedules for the team. Handle and direct all phone calls, as well as online inquires, appropriately and accurately. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Communicate effectively with team members, and Providers, to coordinate patient care and ensure productive work days. Handle test results and organize referrals to other specialists/Providers. Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential. Customer Service and proven Team work.
