Req#: 86495 Join a close-knit, team-oriented Patient Access Department just 15 minutes from Portland-at MMC Biddeford. In this entry-level role, you'll work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. You'll support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up-helping create a positive experience during critical moments.
This role provides coverage for open shifts due to PTO, callouts, and fluctuating volumes, with hours that vary week to week based on departmental needs and are not guaranteed. Candidates must be flexible and willing to pick up shifts as they become available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
