Handle chemical agents safely by following OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines for chemical handling and storage. Utilize proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or large cleaning equipment to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, or vacuuming using specialized floor care equipment. Follow strict safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure compliance with healthcare infection prevention standards and environmental services regulations. Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are properly maintained and stored.. Support overall sanitation efforts to uphold a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Qualifications Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of safe lifting practices for heavy objects.
