Description Medical Group Practices Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 92423 For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Join our Pulmonology team in Rockport, ME! Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the office.
  • Maintain accuracy with records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Summary:
This position consists of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications:

Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.
