This role is essential in providing exceptional administrative support within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient interactions. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including appointment scheduling and confirmations. Utilize electronic health record systems.
