Job Description

Ryan & Lynch Law is seeking a friendly, engaging person to manage the firm's intake processes and support the work of our attorneys and legal assistants. The ideal candidate will answer phones and emails and be a first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. We are looking for a team-oriented individual to nurture client relationships and support a culture of service to others.
Primary Responsibilities :
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and direct office visitors
  • Schedule consultations with prospective clients
  • Send pre-consultation materials to prospective clients
  • Conduct pre-consultation intake interviews
  • Enter client data into the practice management system
  • Open and maintain files
  • Print and organize documents for meetings
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Office experience preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, email, cloud-based software, and multi-line phone systems
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$15.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
