Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Patient Service Technician to deliver essential home medical equipment directly to patients. This is more than a driving job — you'll set up equipment in patients' homes, walk them through safe operation, and troubleshoot along the way. It's a great fit for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys independent field work, problem-solving, and making a real difference for patients. Responsibilities Drive assigned routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes Educate patients and caregivers on the safe operation and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time Load, unload, transport, and properly secure medical equipment Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe, service-ready condition Respond to urgent patient and equipment needs during assigned on-call periods Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, caregivers, and team members Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills Comfortable entering patients' homes and working independently Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 lbs Preferred Healthcare or home medical equipment (DME) experience Mechanical aptitude / general delivery or route driving experience Familiarity with medical terminology Military or hands-on technical background Why Join Revv Staffing?
