Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:

$18.00 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Drive assigned routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes Educate patients and caregivers on safe operation and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety Complete accurate delivery documentation and patient visit reports Load, unload, and secure medical equipment safely Maintain company vehicle in a clean, safe, and operational condition Support urgent patient needs during on-call rotations, including after-hours and weekends Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, caregivers, and team members Follow safety procedures and healthcare regulations Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need Required:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage daily routes Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation systems

Preferred:

General delivery or route driving experience Healthcare or medical background DME or home medical equipment experience Familiarity with medical terminology Previous patient or customer service experience in home settings About the Assignment This position involves working with a leading healthcare provider in Negaunee, delivering and setting up medical equipment in patients' homes across Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The role requires significant driving, technical troubleshooting, patient education, and customer service, with seasonal weather considerations.
