- Be the friendly first point of contact for our patients
- on the phone and at the front desk
- Build and protect our "ideal day" schedule so patients get great care and our team stays in rhythm
- Follow up with patients who are due, unscheduled, or on our AI-generated call lists
- Confirm appointments, greet patients by name, and make every interaction feel personal
