Role Overview As a front desk clerk, you'll work in a customer service capacity, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, from greeting patients to managing appointments and insurance authorizations. You'll directly support patients, visitors, and healthcare teams, contributing to a positive and efficient care experience.
