Michigan Oral Surgeons is looking for a friendly, dependable Patient Service Representative to join our Plymouth team. We're a busy, growing oral surgery practice that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care while creating a supportive, team-oriented workplace. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care Communicate with patients, referring offices, and insurance companies Verify insurance benefits and assist with authorizations Collect payments and assist with billing-related questions Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an excellent patient experience What We Offer $18-$22 per hour , based on experience Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and more!
