Time management, organization, strong communication, and computer skills are essential to your success. Duties include, but are not limited to: o Greeting our patients with a friendly welcome when checking in and out of their appointments. o Completing the registration process including the verification of demographics and insurance information. o Collecting copays and outstanding balances as appropriate. o Managing the patient flow by communicating with the patients and with the clinical teams on any issues which may affect the timeliness of the patient appointments. o Data entry o Maintaining the image of the waiting room and restrooms. While this job opening is in our Rockford office with work hours are 8:15 - 5:00 Monday - Friday, this role includes rotating Saturday mornings in our Wyoming office (approximately once every 5 weeks).
