Greeting and directing patients with professionalism and warmth Scheduling appointments and making reminder calls Accurately registering and updating patient information in the EMR system Assisting with phone inquiries and triaging calls Managing medical records, scanning documents, and ensuring confidentiality Supporting compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards What You'll Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with medical terminology Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and multicultural sensitivity Proficiency with computers and ability to learn scheduling systems Preferred Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Experience in a multi-specialty clinic environment Ready to Make a Difference?
