Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. This is a full-time position with potential opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and assistance to patients regarding services and inquiries
• Maintain patient records by accurately updating medical information
• Analyze patient needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
