Vascular Centers of America is seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Concierge & Facility Assistant . This hands-on role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy vascular clinic. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, and is eager to assist with patient transport, clinic support, and other operational responsibilities to help our team deliver outstanding care.Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, family members, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist patients upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate area of the clinic.
- Safely transport wheelchair patients to and from exam rooms and procedure areas.
- Provide compassionate assistance to elderly and mobility-limited patients while preserving dignity and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and waiting areas throughout the day.
- Empty trash receptacles several times daily in patient care and common areas.
- Restock snacks, beverages, coffee station supplies, and patient amenities.
- Replenish clinic supplies and notify management when inventory is running low.
- Assist with moving deliveries, equipment, furniture, and other light physical tasks.
- Support staff with miscellaneous operational duties to keep the clinic running efficiently.
- Immediately report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns.
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend and lift, push wheelchairs safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and comply with all HIPAA, infection control, and workplace safety policies.
