Why PTAs Choose Total Body Rehab 30-minute patient visits that allow time for individualized care Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hour Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling AI-assisted documentation designed to reduce paperwork and improve efficiency Weekly mentorship, case discussions, and an open-door environment for questions and clinical support Work alongside experienced orthopedic physical therapists in a collaborative, team-focused environment Advanced rehabilitation technology that complements hands-on treatment while helping reduce physical strain during certain soft tissue treatments A growing private practice where your ideas and contributions matter Benefits (Full-Time) Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Continuing education (CEU) support Professional license reimbursement Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Perform therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy techniques delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist, and other appropriate interventions Utilize modalities and specialized treatments including electrical stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), trigger point therapy, and robotic soft tissue treatment, as appropriate Educate patients on their treatment program and home exercise program Monitor patient progress and communicate findings with the supervising Physical Therapist Complete timely documentation using our AI-assisted EMR system Help foster a positive, collaborative, patient-centered clinic culture Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license (or license eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for providing compassionate, individualized patient care New graduates are encouraged to apply A Note from the Owner When I opened Total Body Rehab , my goal was to create a clinic where therapists have the time, support, and resources to provide exceptional patient care while continuing to grow professionally.
