Job Description:
Looking for applicants looking for year round employment, or school year only. This Blackduck Club branch works to provide a safe & fun environment where youth can learn from caring adults, have fantastic opportunities, be recognized and set high expectations for themselves and others. Assist members signing in and out, answer phones, track attendance & membership information, greet visitors, facilitate field trips and assist parents coming to drop off or pick up their kids at the Blackduck Branch of the Boys & Girls Club of the Bemidji Area. Position may also assist with some mild money handling. During the school year the Club is open for youth Mondays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. Summer 2026 programming is T-H 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays & Fridays may have occasional hours during the summers, but otherwise off. Additional prep/cleaning/training/meeting hours are expected. Applicants who are unsure if they meet all the requirements or who can only work part of the weekly schedule are still encouraged to apply. Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years of age. Background and reference check is required. Priority deadline for applications is August 13, 2026.
