What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout the admissions journey, offering reassurance and guidance to enhance their experience. Manage the entire admissions process, facilitating seamless internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction. Effectively communicate and clarify information for callers, clients, and families to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings. Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, effectively conveying the benefits of our programs and services. Maintain exceptional organizational skills, adapting to shifting priorities while consistently delivering outstanding client support. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly, keeping electronic records accurate and current. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for a candidate who brings these essential qualities to the table: An innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving. Goal-oriented and driven to achieve admissions targets. Independent and self-motivated, comfortable making decisions autonomously. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. An empathetic communicator, especially regarding sensitive topics. Experienced in admissions, sales, or customer service roles, ideally in the healthcare or mental health sector. Passionate about mental health services and dedicated to helping individuals.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2 years applicable experience in Behavioral Health field preferred. Bilingual preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation for this role ranges from $22.00-$28.00 per hourdepending on education and experience.
