- Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Direct new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Proficiency in HR software
- Knowledge of talent management and acquisition processes
- Familiarity with affirmative action planning and HR sourcing strategies
- Experience in payroll processing is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Development and Retention of employees.
