As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience, and if you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, solving problems, and making a difference in someone's day, we'd love to meet you. What we'll offer you: A compensation package, starting at 25

•$27 per hour based on experience Full-time Monday

•Thursday schedule with flex time on Friday 401K with a match Paid time off and holidays Medical, vision, life insurance and disability plans, as well as wellness programs Benefits and perks for you, your family and even your pets

Schedule:

Monday

Thursday:

6:45am-4:15pm (60 min lunch)

Friday:

Flexible during 7:45am-12:15pm

Responsibilities:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will: Meet and greet our patients both face to face and over the phone. Develop productive schedules. Manage patient documents and records. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Collect payment at time of service. Navigate insurance and submit claims. Additional responsibilities as needed to support front office success.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience working in Dental Experience and comfort with dental insurance Demonstrated experience to met and exceed goals Experience collecting payments High school diploma or

GED Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Dental operations Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice Apply today and learn how you would be a great fit for our amazing dental team!
