Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic legal team. This pivotal role combines administrative excellence with client engagement, ensuring smooth intake processes. The ideal candidate will be personable and enjoys dealing with potential clients. It will require diligence, organization, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, and moving people from initial contact to the initial meeing with the attorney. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Prepare and organize legal documents. Handle intake via the software Clio Grow Support project management efforts by coordinating schedules, deadlines, and client communications efficiently. Handle confidential information with integrity while providing executive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. Qualifications Proficiency in with Clio software. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with experience using document management systems like iManage or Clio. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; phone etiquette is essential. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Prior experience supporting legal projects involving estate planning, estate administration, and elder law is a plus. We would like for you to join our team!

From $40,000.00 per year
