Responsibilities and duties of the Medical Support Staff include; rooming patients, taking histories & vitals, scribing & electronic medical record management, assisting with medical procedures & surgeries, obtaining & running lab samples, phone triage, patient education, insurance prior authorizations, and other clinical duties as assigned. Medical Support Staff must be available to work Monday through Friday during the hours of 7am and 6pm, and be willing to work at all three of our clinic locations; White Bear Lake, Stillwater, and Forest Lake. Starting pay is $22.00-$26.00 per hour, with the option to earn an additional $2.00/hour after completing a clinic sponsored online course in dermatology. We also offer incredible benefits, including Health Insurance, with premiums covered 100% by the company! This job is ideal for students who are looking for patient care hours while applying to graduate programs, CMA's, CNA's, EMT's or anyone that has a passion for patient care regardless of their previous training. We train our staff in-house on all aspects of the position. Previous experience is welcome, but not required. We hope you will consider applying to join our team!
