Hourly Pay Range:
$19.60 - $24.50 (Dependent on prior healthcare appointment scheduling experience) What You'll Be Doing In this position, you will answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. You'll gather relevant patient information, identify appropriate appointment types, and coordinate scheduling based on provider availability. Throughout the day, you will update patient records, document interactions, and use electronic health record systems to manage appointments and send reminders. You will regularly communicate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, respond to patient questions, and support daily clinic operations. Providing courteous, patient-focused service and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment are key aspects of the role. The role requires solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
