Job Description

Position Summary Western Anesthesiology is currently seeking a detail-oriented individuals to join our growing billing department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering patient/client demographic profiles, insurance and other vital financial information into our billing system. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment; maintain a high level of accuracy under deadlines, and work collaboratively with team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Input and update accurate patient/client demographic and insurance information.
  • Review incoming documentation to identify and correct missing or conflicting information.
  • Collaborate closely with the billing team to resolve data entry errors and discrepancies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to regulatory data privacy standards (HIPAA). Qualifications & Skills

Detail:
Data accuracy and attention to detail is required.
    Team Player:
    Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to contribute to a supportive team culture
      Experience:
      1-2 years of experience in data entry, medical billing, or administrative clerical roles is preferred.
        Software Knowledge:
        Proficiency with computer software. Experience with Imagine Billing Software is a plus.
          Communication:
