Job Description

High volume Chiropractic Clinic is looking to add a part time (approx. 35 hours per week) qualified individual to our team as a Patient Coordinator/Receptionist. We are looking to fill this position immediately! Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Assisting Doctors in patient care, assisting Massage Therapist, applying modalities, taking X-Rays, directing patients to maintain efficient office flow, checking patients in and out, answering multi line phone system.
Front desk duties include:
Having a general knowledge of standard office procedures and office equipment, greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, account set up and coordination of patient appointments and collecting payments and general cleaning. Candidates must have the following to be qualified: Dependable! Reliable! High energy, friendly, outgoing and detail oriented. Ability to collaborate with doctors, office staff and patients. Have a desire to learn about overall health and wellness. Must be well-mannered and always maintain a professional demeanor. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation. Compensation is based on experience
