Job Summary Our client is seeking an Application Coordinator to process applications after enrollment meetings and manage incoming work queues. This role involves data entry and decision-making when handling discrepancies with premiums or variables. Key Responsibilities Processing applications after enrollment meetings are completed and plan selections are made. Submitting completed applications over to insurance carriers. Managing and working through an incoming work queue. Handling back-end data entry while exercising decisional criteria/critical thinking when premiums or variables do not match up. Qualifications Strong data entry skills. Critical thinking skills to resolve discrepancies and know when to escalate issues. High level of detail orientation. Active Health Insurance License preferred. Prior insurance/benefits background preferred. HubSpot familiarity preferred. Skills Excellent data entry abilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Additional Requirements Mandatory overtime during peak National Open Enrollment periods.
