  • $17 an hour based on experience Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with some flexibility Full Time 40 hours per week Benefits including health, dental & vision As a Patient Satisfaction Rep your tasks will include inbound and outbound calls with our patient base to book appointments in our clinics.
You will use varying types of communication including but not limited to phone, email, and text messaging to work with and schedule patients. You will often be the first point of contact for people wanting to inquire about our services. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression and building lasting relationships with our patients. As a rep you will not only field calls, but you will also help prepare the patients electronic files by collecting data and preparing documents for signature as well as verifying patients insurance benefits.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) or the Google equivalents as well as previous customer service experience is needed. Smiles heard through the phone are a must!
