The Clinic Patient Care Rep provides a wide range of assistive services to promote patient flow, patient information gathering and patient care in the clinic setting. Performs front desk duties for the Provider's office to support patient care delivery and follow up.Float Pool:
Will perform and coordinates patient care on nursing unit(s) as assigned on a daily basis according to standards. May cover extended leaves of absence and/or excessive vacancies. Opportunities may include the ability to work from 2 to 6 weeks on a unit then rotate to another unit. Will work under the supervision of a Director and Associate Director. The Clinic Patient Care Rep provides a wide range of assistive services to promote patient flow, patient information gathering and patient care in the clinic setting. - Ability to collect thorough information regarding patient's condition and evaluate effects of care; must be able to visually inspect patient's condition.

- Ability to visually assess patient condition; must be able to communicate with patient in order to assess condition and evaluate effects of care.
