Patient Care Coordinator:

Greeting patients warmly and checking them in for their appointments Answering phones, assisting with scheduling, and managing daily front desk flow Collecting and updating patient information and intake forms Handling co-pays and confirming upcoming appointments Ensuring the waiting area is clean, inviting, and well-maintained Supporting the rest of the front office team with a positive and team-focused attitude What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is upbeat, dependable, and passionate about making people feel comfortable and cared for.
