POSITION SUMMARY

The Receptionist/Patient Accounts Representative (Receptionist/PAR) functions as an intermediary between staff, patients, peers, and visitors. The Receptionist/PAR is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective care. The Receptionist/PAR is also responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent, required Experience counting money accurately, required Experience as a receptionist, patient account representative or similar role, preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 8:00AM•8:00PM and Sunday 1:00PM•8:00

PM Week Two :
