Job Description

Front Desk Patient Coordinator2+ Years Dental Experience Required Cameron Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-focused Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team. Our front desk is the first and last impression our patients have of our office , so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. We want someone who greets every patient with a smile, makes them feel welcome, listens to their concerns, and goes the extra mile to provide an excellent experience. A positive attitude and exceptional customer service are just as important to us as dental experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants MUST have at least 2 years of dental front-office experience. This is not an entry-level position. Previous dental office experience is required. What We're Looking For Our ideal Patient Coordinator is someone who: Is warm, friendly, welcoming, and professional Provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Genuinely enjoys helping and interacting with patients Greets every patient with a positive attitude and makes them feel valued Is patient and understanding when addressing questions or concerns Can handle difficult situations professionally and calmly Has excellent communication and listening skills Is dependable, punctual, and highly organized Can multitask in a busy dental office while maintaining a positive attitude Works well with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and fellow front-office team members Takes initiative and looks for ways to help both patients and the team Understands that every patient interaction matters
Responsibilities Include:
Creating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering phones and communicating professionally through calls and text messages Scheduling and confirming appointments Maintaining an organized and productive schedule Collecting patient balances and discussing financial responsibilities Presenting treatment plans and helping patients schedule recommended care Following up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Understanding dental terminology and common dental procedures Working with dental insurance information and patient benefits Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation Helping minimize cancellations and no-shows Communicating effectively with the entire dental team Experience with Curve Hero is a plus.
Experience Dental Front Office:
Minimum 2 Years - REQUIRED Please do not apply if you do not have previous dental front-office experience. $39,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
