We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and professional individual to join our dental office as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of dental reception experience, excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills and a solid understanding of dental insurance and billing. The successful candidate will assist in addressing patient concerns and questions over the phone, schedule appointments and greet patients with a smile!
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone inquiries and requests for appointment scheduling. Meet and greet patients and families on arrival. Maintain patient information in computer databases. Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Smile frequently to put customers at ease. Expierience with insurance verification, claim filing, and collection of co-pays and outstanding balances required. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
