This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes ownership of keeping work moving.
Reporting relationship:
Director of Graphic Operations Responsibilities Coordinate print and finishing jobs from production-floor intake through completion. Review job tickets, specifications, quantities, deadlines, artwork requirements, and finishing instructions. Help prioritize daily production work to meet customer commitments and production deadlines. Communicate job status, questions, changes, and potential delays promptly to the manager and appropriate team members. Coordinate with printing, finishing, shipping, customer service, and other departments as needed. Track jobs throughout production and ensure all required steps are completed accurately. Assist with scheduling equipment, materials, and finishing processes. Verify that completed work matches job specifications before it moves to the next stage or ships. Maintain organized production records, job tickets, and status updates. Identify problems early and help find practical solutions to keep jobs on schedule. Support a clean, safe, organized, and efficient production-floor environment. Take on other production coordination duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is required. Previous printing, finishing, production, manufacturing, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple jobs, priorities, and deadlines at the same time. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Clear, professional communication skills. Ability to remain composed, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure. Basic computer skills and ability to learn production-tracking systems and software. Ability to work collaboratively with a production team while also taking initiative independently. What We Are Looking For The right candidate has drive, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning the printing and finishing process from start to finish. They do not need extensive prior experience, but they should be ready to take initiative, stay organized, ask good questions, communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and help the team deliver quality work on time.Pay:
