Clinical Services Manager

•Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift (8:00 AM

Do:
Support Clinical Teams:

Partner with the Director of Patient Services to lead and support a dedicated group of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

Lead Daily Operations:

Oversee day-to-day tasks like staffing schedules, timecard reviews, mileage approvals, call logs, missed visits, and medication coordination.

Mentor and Develop Staff:

Provide 1:1 coaching, perform chart reviews, and offer clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Ensure Seamless Care:

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver consistent, patient-centered care.

Provide direct nursing support when necessary to maintain continuity of care and support families during critical moments. What We re
