We're hiring a Patient Registration Representative, Bilingual to be one of the first friendly faces patients see when they arrive for care. In this role, you'll help create a positive patient experience by welcoming patients, managing registration and scheduling tasks, supporting communication needs, and ensuring accurate patient information is collected in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What you'll do Welcome patients and families, check them in for appointments, and provide outstanding customer service. Register patients by accurately entering demographic, insurance, and other required information. Collect copays and point-of-service payments and assist with checkout processes. Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments, procedures, and services as needed. Provide basic interpretation support and assist with communication in both English and Spanish. Who you are Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Comfortable interacting with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community members. Able to stay organized and maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
