Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our team. The ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service is required. The applicant must be professional in attitude and appearance with the willingness to be part of a team in a medical setting. Computer skills are a must and experience with ophthalmic/medical insurance is preferred. Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting patients. Insurance verification and explanation. Scheduling appointments. Patient recall. Data entry with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Communicating to patients via email and telephone. Ability to rotate to Call Center, Check-in, Check out, and Insurance Verification. The position is for approximately 40 hrs per week including some Saturday hours. Customer service is our priority, so a great personality is a must. Our hiring manager is unable to answer phone calls during the day, therefore, please forward your resume for consideration.
