Job Description

Admitting Representative Coal Country Community Health Center is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Admitting Representative to join our healthcare team. The Admitting Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and their families and plays a vital role in the revenue cycle by ensuring accurate patient registration, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and collection of patient payments. This position supports efficient clinic operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The Admitting Representative will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment, effective problem solving and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
