Job Summary and Responsibilities As our VP, Patient Care Services, you will define and execute the strategic vision for patient care system-wide, ensuring exceptional, high-quality, and compassionate care delivery. This executive role drives operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Every day you will strategically direct patient care units and services, fostering clinical excellence. Responsibilities include mentoring senior leaders, setting system-level patient safety and compliance, and optimizing work-flows for superior outcomes. You'll represent patient care at the executive level, driving key initiatives.
