Fargo, ND Hours:
~37 hours/week
Compensation:

About Our Clinic We are a fast-growing functional medicine and chiropractic clinic focused on getting to the root causes of health issues - not just masking symptoms. We use advanced testing, personalized care plans, and a holistic approach to help patients truly heal and take back control of their health. Your Role You will take full ownership of the patient experience and front-end operations of the clinic.
This includes:
Communication and scheduling Answering all incoming calls, emails, and patient questions Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Managing and optimizing the daily schedule (minimizing gaps, maximizing flow) Lead follow-up and conversions Following up with leads and discovery calls Converting inquiries into booked appointments Communicating confidently about services and pricing Patient Coordination Ensuring all patients complete paperwork and testing Sending pre-appointment instructions and emails Preparing for test read appointments Downloading, organizing, and sending lab results Discussing finances and taking payments from patients Operations Shipping supplements and test kits Managing front desk flow (check-in/check-out) Opening and closing the clinic Dropping off packages (UPS, etc.)
