Job Summary Coordinates the processing of clinic and/or hospital patient accounts, ensuring transactions are properly reflected on all accounts, including insurance claim submission and denial management. Key Responsibilities Submit insurance claims accurately and on time Respond to insurance company inquiries and resolve claim denials and errors Assist patients with billing questions and concerns Support the revenue cycle process through other assigned duties High school diploma or equivalent Good computer skills West River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
