Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Patient Access Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our patients and families. You'll support registration, admitting, scheduling, and patient access functions across various hospital access points while helping ensure each patient's information is accurate, complete, and handled with care. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, work efficiently across multiple systems, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment will help support smooth patient access operations and a seamless patient experience. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong attention to detail, confidence using technology, the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, and a commitment to supporting patients, families, and care teams with compassion and accuracy.
