A Registrar or Patient Service Representative provides direct assistance to patients at a health care or long term care facility. Answers questions and helps resolve complaints; provides liaison with health care providers; may assist with coordinating appointments or addressing billing or insurance issues.
Part Time Chiropractic Patient Care Coordinator This role is designed for long-term team members who are interested in building a career in healthcare. Due to our extensive training program, this is not a short-term, seasonal, or temporary position. We are seeking candidates who can commit to at least 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and check them in and out with a smile while creating an exceptional experience Provide outstanding customer service and patient care at every interaction Answer phones, schedule and manage patient flow efficiently Learn and perform therapies including intersegmental traction, electrical stimulation, cold laser and spinal decompression (training provided) Work closely with doctor to instruct and confidently lead patients through stretches and exercises Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and insurance information Take ownership of keeping the office clean, organized and running smoothly Contribute to and protect a positive, accountable team-first culture Maintain professionalism in and out of the office Be reliable, punctual and consistent—this role depends on you Complete a structured 90-day training program and actively apply feedback
Requirements:
Proficient typing skills Experience with Gmail, Google Docs and Microsoft Office Must have ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for entire shift.
