Competitive pay and a full benefits package What You'll Do In this customer-facing role, you will support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for patients and visitors by: Registering all non-emergency patients and verifying information Collecting and entering demographic and insurance details accurately Operating the main hospital phone system and directing calls appropriately Greeting patients and visitors, answering questions, and providing directions Scanning, organizing, and routing patient documentation in a timely manner Processing payments and assisting with basic billing inquiries Supporting daily office operations, including mail distribution and opening/closing procedures
What You'll Bring:
Great customer service, a positive attitude, and a love of people! High School diploma or equivalent is required Strong computer skills and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting Experience in healthcare admissions, customer service, or multi-line phone systems is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person! Bilingual skills are a plus!
