Our client located in Peterborough, NH is looking for a Patient Registration Representative to join their growing team! Your qualifications for the Patient Registration Representative position are as follows: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of recent, relevant medical office experience, including medical scheduling/registration experience Understanding of medical terminology is preferred Computer proficiency and accurate typing skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) required, Paragon EMR a plus Positive demeanor and professional written/verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Benefits you will receive as the
Patient Registration Representative:
$19-$21/hour, depending on experience Temp-to-hire opportunity with great benefits upon hire Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm For the Patient Registration Representative position your duties will include: Greet patients and answer phones, address questions, and assist with registration forms Gather demographic and insurance/financial information, and enter into database Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations for services Work with patients, physicians, and third parties to coordinate care in a timely and effective manner Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations Help train new employees and support team efforts Provide exemplary customer service Other tasks as assigned Do you have medical scheduling experience and a commitment to patient care?
